Addressing an event in Kolkata Saturday paying homage to Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose on his 125th birthday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that if Netaji had seen India's fight against the Covid pandemic and development of a Covid vaccine, he would have felt proud. "Had he seen us helping other nations, he would have felt proud," PM Modi added. The Prime Minister also stated that Netaji's vision of India, from the Line of Control to the Line of Actual Control, is being seen by the world today. "Wherever attempts have been made to challenge India's sovereignty, India has been giving a befitting reply to them," he said.
